For our special holiday event, we will be making (and eating!) paella from scratch!

We will also be hearing from our friend and partner from Athene, Sheree Lavelle, on paving the road to retirement.

Alex and I are excited to make Valencia, Spain's most famous and delicious dishes right along side you!

• Endives with Orange, Olives, and Fennel
• Chicken and Chorizo Paella with Rosemary and Pimentón
• Red-wine Soaked Oranges

To drink: Spanish Riojas
